Dear Customers,
Our priority is to our customers, workers, family and community. With this in mind we are following the advice of the Australian Government Department of Health in helping reduce the spread of COVID-19 in Australia.
We can confirm none of our employees have travelled outside of Australia within the last twelve months.
The introduction and practice of social distancing is rated high on the Department of Healths method of miminising the spread of the virus.
The majority of our services are external based ie. gardening, external window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure cleaning; therefore little or no direct human contact is required. Our internal services are completed under strict hgyiene protocols.
What we are doing to minimise direct human contact:
- Using technology as communication between our customers and team.
- Payment can be via direct bank transfer, over the phone, if the use of our Eftpos is required (protective gloves will be used, the machine will be wiped down after each use.
- Free No Obligation Quotes can be conducted via FaceTime, WhatsApp or Skype. If a house call is required we will follow the 1.5 to 2 metre distancing rule if it is safe to do so; plus using the appropriate hgyiene precautions and use of face masks when necessary.
What we can do collectively:
- Stay Informed via safe media outlets and the Australian Government.
- Practice the social distancing and hygiene methods.
- Be patience with one another and by helping our neighbours.
